Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 16 minutes Total: 26 minutes Servings: 2 people Ingredients 1 ½ Tablespoon of vegetable oil1 cup long grain rice1 tablespoon minced onion1 tablespoon cut up tomato2 cups water2 tablespoon of diced carrot1 table spoon chopped celery2 table spoon of peas (optional)2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules Directions Heat up the saucepan and then add oil.Add rice.Add in the vegetables, salt, and chicken stock.Heat up until it boils.Turn the heat down to low and cook for 20 minutes.Make sure the rice is soft.
